The « Neural regulation of Immunity » team (http://www.ciml.univ-mrs.fr/science/lab-sophie- ugolini/innate-lymphoid-cells-and-neural-regulation-immunity) is recruiting a research assistant for 2 to 5 years. The position is available immediately.

Missions
– Involvement in projects studying neuro-immune interactions
– In vitro and in vivo experiments (human and mouse models)
– Monitoring and management of mouse lines
– Development of new experimental approaches in line with research projects
– Lab management (ordering reagents, organizing shared team tasks)

Skills
– Mouse line management, mouse breeding techniques, mouse handling (injections, organ harvesting,
anesthesia, etc.)
– Molecular biology (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, etc.)
– Cell biology (cell culture, tissue processing, etc.)
– Flow cytometry
– Immunofluorescence / imaging techniques

Profile
– Master 2 or PhD (Immunology or Neuroscience)
– Experience in animal experimentation
– Autonomy, organization and rigor
– Motivation and flexibility
– Willingness to work in a team
